SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping, Return and Refund Policies.


Shipping:
Books are generally dispatched within 3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your books in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


The following orders may result in delayed shipping:

    Incorrect shipping address
    Shipping address does not match billing address
    Payment delay or issue
    Orders to other States / countries.
    Orders held because they contain a large quantity of a single item that would cause inventory  depletion (note: this is an infrequent circumstance) USPS / UPS failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)

Tracking Your Order Shipment

We send you a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. In it, we provide you a tracking number you can use on the carrier's website to track your order. We also list the tracking number with your order detail if you click the "Order Status" button when you log in to your account.

Where is My Order?

If the tracking information shows the order has been delivered, be sure to check everywhere -- occasionally, carriers will leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, and places like your porch or garage. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item as returned to us, contact us by email or phone. We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have attempted to deliver it but been unsuccessful, or the carrier may have lost it.

If You Are Not Home

It is up to the driver's discretion whether to require a signature when delivering your order or whether to simply drop it off at your doorstep or with a building manager or doorman. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature, he/she will try a few times to get one. After that, the package will be returned as "undeliverable" and you should get a full refund unless it is determined the order was improperly "refused." These undeliverable orders will not be resent. A new order must be placed.

Products Arriving Together

Most of the products are all shipped out together in one box and will arrive at the same time. If the order is large and is shipped in more than one package, they may arrive separately-although that is rare. If you log in to your account, you can see the number of tracking numbers listed for your order. That determines the number of packages that were shipped. On the USPS /UPS websites, you can also see the estimated delivery date for each package.


Can we ship to destinations outside the continental US?

Yes, we currently offer international shipping, where applicable, APO and FPO addresses for a nominal fee.

When shipping to these locations, please be aware of the following factors:

    Shipping rates will vary based on order size and weight. Charges will be calculated at checkout.
    Delivery will take longer when shipping to these addresses; dates will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery to APO and FPO address may take an additional 7 to 14 days depending on military mail.
    Please note: We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes.


Return Policy
All Sales are final / Return and Refund Policy. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange your must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product and biodanzamk@gmail.com to alert us of the damage. Then return the damaged item to us.Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. (if applicable).Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 10 days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

If your have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet,please contact us at biodanzamk@gmail.com.


Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced times may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable).

We only replace items if they are damaged.


Gifts.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receiv a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


Shipping:

To return your product, your should contact us prior to shipping the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may vary.

 If your are shipping items over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confimed to be delivered to the addres entered for an order.Upon enquiry, we will confirm delived to the address provided. date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
